Lacks customer service training. - ABC DEF Added August 26, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would've given this shop a zero to negative if possible. The staff members are condescending and rude particularly this one man with long hair. I would've filed a complaint if I can. Coffee is horrible and their bread is average at best. Tip: give your staff customer service training. They act like they have found cure for cancer when, in fact, they are working in an effing bakery. Very unhappy customer here.
